I lost my hamster, Biscuit, yestarday... She was 2.5 years old - I presume, she passed away in her sleep because of old age
* and unfortnately, we all had to say good-bye to our latest rabbit, Betty, at 4:35 this afternoon.
I went into my bedroom with, Taylor, to get my nail varnish, he was sniffing at the hamster's cage - then he went along to Betty's, if it weren't for Taylor I can honestly say, I don't think I would of looked - Betty, was laying on his side. I went to my mum and said ''I don't know if Betty is asleep, or if she is unwell''...Took her out, and she started fitting - which was like Berty did. Thankfully, she didn't make a large noise, and went peacefully with, Molly (the cat), me and my mum beside her.
It's such a shock - we're hoping to get a new rabbit by next week. My room is now bare and lifeless, with no rabbit nor hamster..
Betty, was 6 and a half years of age.
